You probably already know a fair bit of what would help; move more, build strength, sleep better, eat well, stress less. The hard part was never knowing. It's doing it consistently, in a life that's already full. That's the gap, and it's exactly where I come in.
Anything clinical belongs with your doctor. If you've got a GP or specialist guiding you, I'll help you act on what they've told you. And if you haven't seen a doctor in a while, I'll encourage you to.
My job is everything after that: turning good intentions into daily habits that hold. The strength, the sleep, the consistency, the mindset, the showing-up when motivation's gone. I'm the one in your corner making sure it happens, and keeps happening.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need someone alongside you who does this for a living and who's done it herself.
